Sam's best friend has a new boyfriend and as the summer approaches, Sam realizes that this summer won't be just she and her best friend and isn't sure she can stand being the third wheel, so she applies to become a summer camp counselor at a sleepaway camp. When she arrives at Whispering Pines, She finds out that it isn't going to be as easy as she thought. The camp director's daughter, Ashley, is used to being the top dog and when Sam arrives and stirs things up, Ashley wants revenge. Sam has also attracted the attention of hot senior counselor Cole, but dating Cole would mean breaking the rules and possibly getting fired.
