I picked this book up at my conference in November because it won a new fiction award. I had seen it in the order this year and wanted to read it because of the fun title. I was NOT disappointed. This book is about three high school students: Anthony, aka T.C., Augie and Alejandra. The story of the three teens is told through journal entries, letters, emails and internet chatrooms.
T.C. and Augie are best friends and have been calling each other "brother" for years. During the course of the book, these two friends both find themselves falling in love for the first time. T.C. also finds himself taking the role of "big brother" to a neighborhood deaf boy named Hucky. This book is funny, charming and is a fast read.
I give this book a 9 out of 10 and highly recommend that everyone reads this book! It will make you smile!
